Triphala is an Ayurvedic natural laxative that helps with digestive issues like constipation. It is available as a brown coloured powder prepared with amla, harad and baheda.

Take half a spoon of triphala powder with warm water at night before going to bed.

You can also mix triphala in water and can drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. You can also add a dash of honey to this mixture of water and triphala if it tastes bitter.

According to Nutitionist Kavita Devgan, lemon juice and water make the body alkaline. When the stomach is alkaline, it can solve all the stomach related problems.

Squeeze a lemon in a glass of warm water. Drink it at night, before going to bed and in the morning on an empty stomach. You can add some honey to it to make it sweet.
