Triphala is an Ayurvedic natural laxative that helps with digestive issues like constipation. It is available as a brown coloured powder prepared with amla, harad and baheda.
Take half a spoon of triphala powder with warm water at night before going to bed.
You can also mix triphala in water and can drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. You can also add a dash of honey to this mixture of water and triphala if it tastes bitter.

Mangoes can really help get things moving. They are great remedies for constipation. The fruit contains phytochemicals that are responsible for faster bowel movement.

Curd and buttermilk (chaach) are things that can help in increasing the good bacteria in your stomach.
