These are common everyday questions about diet, questions whose answers are extremely pivotal to our health, weight loss and lifestyle, yet we often don’t know the answers to them.
It’s also easy to to end up on either of the two extremes - being obsessed with counting your calories, or not caring about them at all. It’s important to make an informed choice about what we are putting in our mouth and to get the most out of it.
