On 4 August, the Ministry of Health has informed that in the last 24 hours in the country, 52,050 new positive cases of corona have been confirmed and 803 patients have died.
The total number of COVID-19 cases in the country has increased to 18,55,745, out of which there are 5,86,298 active cases, while 12,30,509 have recovered or have been discharged. At the same time, 38938 patients have died.
A total of 2,08,64,206 sample tests of COVID-19 have been done so far in India.
Meanwhile, yoga centers and gyms are reopening in the country under Unlock 3.0 from 5 August. The Health Ministry has issued guidelines for it.
There is no approval to open yoga centers and gyms inside the Containment Zone. Yoga centers and gyms outside the Containment Zone have to follow the Central/State Government notifications.
