The new student of the year, actor Tiger Shroff is known for his intense training and fitness regime. Ranging from heavy weightlifting and high intensity training to mixed martial arts and kick-boxing, Shroff has done it all. He is effortlessly agile and extremely flexible.

Tiger works out regularly and keeps things interesting by combining different techniques and forms of exercise. He keep up with his cardio through a mix of dance and martial arts and focuses on muscular strength through weight training. These Instagram posts are testimony to his intense workouts and their benefits.

Weightlifting

Tiger attributes most of his muscular strength to weightlifting. He pays special attention to each of his body parts and does several repetitions of arm and leg exercises.

Heavy weightlifting helps in improving and increasing upper body strength and is instrumental in strengthening muscles. Shroff’s weight training consists of a mix of bicep curls including dumbbell, barbel and reverse curls. His regime also includes dead lifts and lateral raises with the dumbbells. Bench presses, pull ups and pull downs are also a core part of his regime.

The actor recently shared posts on Instagram, giving a glimpse into his workout routine which also includes gymnastics.

Gymnastics is one of the most effective means of increasing flexibility and bone strength. This form of exercise builds upper body strength and improves balance, power, control and agility.

Shroff, reportedly, works out all 7 days of the week and gives a minimum of two hours to a mix of gymnastics and mixed martial arts. This is an excellent method to burn calories and incorporate cardio in your workout.

Tiger has also covered kick-boxing in his routine. This high energy workout combines different techniques of mixed martial arts and is an excellent way to burn calories and fat and incorporate cardio in your routine.
